📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email], including the following:

A clear photo of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any refund or replacement request that does not meet our criteria.
🚫 Cancellations
Orders are automatically submitted to our fulfillment partner Nalpac once placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been submitted or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
In the rare case that a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
